Aztec High School offers Career & Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) that give students opportunities to take what they’re learning beyond the classroom and put it into action!
Through Career & Technical Student Organizations, students can get hands-on experience, build leadership skills, compete, travel, connect with professionals, build their resumes, and explore careers they may be interested in.
At AHS, students can get involved with HOSA, SkillsUSA, Educators Rising, and FFA—each offering a different way for students to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience.
There is so much more happening at Aztec High School than meets the eye!

Educators Rising is a student organization that helps high school students explore careers in education and prepare for future roles as teachers. During their visit, these future educators had the opportunity to work with elementary students, participate in classroom activities, and get a glimpse of what it’s like to be in the classroom.
We love seeing our future educators in action! A big thank you to McCoy Avenue Elementary for welcoming them.

A big thank you to Jaidan Martinez and Tylee Torrez from Pagosa Adventures for making this happen. Our students loved it!
