Safety at Aztec Municipal School District
At Aztec Municipal School District, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community are our highest priorities. Our dedicated Department of Safety is led by the Safety Director, who oversees all district-wide safety operations, and the Safety Coordinator, who manages the day-to-day activities of our safety team.
Our team includes:
Four safety personnel stationed at Aztec High School
One safety team member at Koogler Middle School
One roving team member providing support across all district campuses
We are proud to partner closely with the Aztec Police Department, including our School Resource Officer (SRO) assigned to Aztec High School and a roving SRO who supports all campuses. Together, we work to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for every student and staff member in our district.
