Lydia Rippey Elementary School will host its annual Book Fair during the week of February 2–6, giving students and families the opportunity to shop for books while supporting the school library.
The Book Fair will be open during regular school hours from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. throughout the week. In addition, the fair will offer extended evening hours on Tuesday, February 3, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., to accommodate families who may need extra time to attend.
Parents and guardians are welcome to visit the Book Fair and shop with their students at any time during the school day. A variety of payment options will be accepted, including Apple Pay, tap-to-pay, debit cards, credit cards, checks (made payable to Lydia Rippey), and cash.
Families also have the option to set up an eWallet, a secure and convenient way to preload funds for students to use at the fair. This option helps eliminate the worry of students carrying cash at school. Additional information about the Book Fair and eWallet setup can be found on the school’s Book Fair website.
The Lydia Rippey Book Fair is more than a shopping event—it is the library’s annual fundraiser, with a portion of the proceeds going directly toward purchasing new books for students to enjoy throughout the year. Community support helps strengthen the school’s library and encourages a lifelong love of reading.
For more information, families are encouraged to visit the Book Fair website.
