District Goals

  1. Utilize Professional Learning Communities  as our work to ensure high levels of  learning for all students:
    1. All schools will receive a school grade of B or better as measured by the criteria for school grading established by the PED for the 2013-2014 school year.
    2. All schools will utilize Interim Assessments and Common Formative Assessments to document improved student learning during the 2013 -2014 school year.
  2. To improve student learning for all students, during the 2013-2014 school year,  through Relationships, Rigor, Relevance and Purposeful Collaboration:
    1. All Aztec staff will build healthy relationships with students, all other staff, parents and the community, as measured by tools such as:
      1. Surveys
      2. Continuous improvement tools
      3. Phone logs
      4. Positive Behavior Rewards
      5. Observations
      6. Artifacts
      7. Site Assistance Visits
    2. All students will experience a personalized education as measured by tools such as:
      1. Student feedback
      2. Continuous improvement tools
      3. Targeted intervention/enrichment

    3. All teachers will implement instructional strategies that will increase the level of  Relevance and Rigor as measured by tools such as:
